I was playing hangman today and ran across some strange things at the top of my screen:

My guess is that a compiler or something has been updated since this code was put in.

Yes. I have actually. I was wondering if it was the coding of the site, or if Internet Exploder....I mean, explorer, was being a piece of shit, as it is often known to do.
Yes, I've seen this as well. I have no idea what it is. When I first saw it, I thought there was something wrong with the web page.
I've seen that same thing too. But I have no clue what it is either.
That's basically a warning to the admins that the PHP functions they're using, ereg() and ereg_replace(), are deprecated (out of common usage). It's a warning, and can safely be ignored.
We're looking into replacing Hangman. It's old, and the code (variable names, comments, etc.) is written in Italian. Where JJ found it I have no idea. Anyway, if anyone would like to recommend an existing Hangman game or code something up in php that would speed up the process.
There is also a bug in stones. If you click "Let's Play: you'll continuously win points.
I can't count all the times that stones bug has been mentioned on various topics.
Even so, there is a way of not displaying the actual code on the web page, but yes it is old and stones should really be fixed somehow because I know some people lose points all the time on that thing when they press play again.
Actually, stones has another error, where when you win, it would tell you your total points before adding the 25. Anyway, it's much too easy for me to win, so I don't play it anymore.
